My Story

Whats It All About?

Tracey Medland

I owned my own Salon "Beauty Haven" for 16 years until I realized I needed more time to perfect my skills both for myself and my customers.

It was a very hard decision to sell my business as I had some amazing staff and customers who had been with me from the beginning, While saying goodbye to my beloved salon it marked the beginning of something truly special.

This is when Secret Beauty came to fruition in my beautiful home salon.

I spent two years perfecting my facials with light therapy, massage, chakra healing, bespoke aromatherapy mixes.

It was during this time of self reflection and getting to really know my clients that I knew this wasn’t enough for them which is why I enrolled on a six month intensive 200 hour Yoga teacher training course.

My Healing Journey

After being wrongly diagnosed with junior arthritis in my knees at the age of 15, it was through my yoga practice and massage therapy training that an eventual self diagnosis of hypermobility at the age of 42 was confirmed.

Suddenly, everything made sense and it opened up the door to teach others how to mindfully look after their bodies and discover what they need to achieve success on their self healing journey.

'Yoga New You' was born to help others create, 'The New You' they aspire to be.

In my newly established yoga business I bring in-depth experience of anatomy, aromatherapy, chakras and self healing through my 35 years of massage therapy to help support complete healing and transformation.
